Who the names are
Former players are not transfer targets
A fan mention is not a transfer link. The target profile excludes current squad, current non-official and former players; a former player linked back is a return link, not a normal target.

Votes, polls, rumour submissions and comments need identity, moderation, rate limiting, a data store and a privacy policy. The static app has no backend, so this page shows no vote counts and no local-only widget pretending to be a shared community.
